Cloud Library
The Cloud Library is the whole library of your workspace: every prop anyone has pushed. It is the first page you see after signing in. The desktop app and the web library share this page, so everything here works the same in both. This page covers the essentials; Browsing and filters is the full reference.
Search
Section titled “Search”Type in the search box at the top. It searches names, packs, categories, tags and comments, and results update as you type. Press / or Ctrl+F to jump to the search box from anywhere on the page.
To search by picture, click the Search by image button next to the search box and choose a PNG or JPEG. The grid is replaced by the visually closest props, with the image you used shown above them. Click Clear image search to go back.
See Search for how ranking works and how to write good queries.
Filters
Section titled “Filters”The filter rail on the left narrows the grid. Each section shows a count of how many props match each value. The sections are Visibility (Show deprecated), Packs, Types, Categories, Tags, Variants, Preview, Review, Mesh features (Collision and Nanite) and Metadata (minimum and maximum triangles, vertices, materials, LODs and bounds).
Categories can be included or excluded: check a category to include it, or click the ⊘ button beside it to exclude it. Active filters appear as chips above the grid; remove one by clicking its ×.
Click the funnel button to hide or show the rail. While it’s hidden, a badge on the button shows how many filters are active.
Choose a sort order from the Sort by menu: Relevance, Name, Date indexed, Date updated, Size or Triangles. The arrow button next to it switches between ascending and descending. Relevance is available only while you have a search query, and is always best match first. Typing a query switches a default-sorted view to Relevance automatically.
The grid
Section titled “The grid”Each card shows the thumbnail, name, category or type, review state, pack and variant information. Click a name to open the prop.
The Thumbnail density button (▦) sets how many cards fit in a row, from 2 to 10. Auto returns to sizing by window width. At dense settings the cards become thumbnails only; hover one for a larger preview with its details.
The search, filters and sort are part of the page address, so Back and Forward restore them, and you can reuse a view later.
Select many props
Section titled “Select many props”Check the box on a card to select it. Shift+click another box to select the range between them, or click Select all in the toolbar to select every loaded card. You can select up to 1,000 props.
A bar appears at the bottom with the selection count and these actions:
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Add tag… / Remove tag… | Adds or removes a tag on every selected prop. The confirmation offers Undo. |
| Set category… | Opens Assign category. Enter a name and click Assign, or click Clear category (then Confirm clear) to remove the category from every selected prop. Category changes have no undo. |
| Add to collection… | Adds the selection to a collection. The confirmation offers Undo. |
| Pull selected | Opens the pull dialog for the whole selection. See Pull and download. |
| Clear selection | Deselects everything. Esc does the same. |
Click Manage tags… at the top right of the page to create tags (name and color), rename or recolor them, or delete a tag everywhere.
Open a prop
Section titled “Open a prop”Click a prop to open its detail page. It has four tabs, Overview, Dependencies, Feedback and History, and a header with Download, Pull and a More actions menu. See Prop detail page.
Empty results
Section titled “Empty results”If nothing matches, the page says No assets match the current filters. Click Clear filters to reset the search and filters. A brand-new workspace instead says No assets yet; props arrive from drop folders, the Unreal plugin and check-ins.
