Browsing and filters
The Cloud Library is where you find props. It is the same page in the web library and the desktop app. This page is the full reference for its search box, filter rail, sort, grid, bulk actions, tags and packs.
Search
Section titled “Search”Type in the search box at the top. It searches names, packs, categories, tags and comments, and results update as you type. Press / or Ctrl+F to jump to the box.
Next to it, Search by image takes a PNG or JPEG and replaces the grid with the props that look most like it. The banner above the results shows your image and Clear image search. Image results aren’t part of the page address, so they can’t be shared as a link.

Filters
Section titled “Filters”The rail on the left lists filters with a count of matching props for each value. Long sections (Packs and Categories) start collapsed; a count on a section’s heading shows how many of its filters are active even when it’s collapsed.

Active filters appear as chips above the grid. Click a chip’s × to remove it. The funnel button beside the search box hides or shows the rail; while it’s hidden, a badge on it counts your active filters.
In a narrow window the rail folds into a Filters button that shows how many filters are active.

The arrow button next to Sort by switches between ascending and descending. When you type a query into a view sorted by the default, the sort switches to Relevance; clearing the query switches it back. A sort you chose yourself is kept.
Share a view
Section titled “Share a view”The search, filters and sort are stored in the page address. Copy the address to share exactly what you’re looking at, or bookmark it to come back to the same view.
The grid
Section titled “The grid”Each card shows the thumbnail, the name, the category (or type), the review state, the pack and, for variants, the variant label and how many variants are in the group. Source-file props, which have no engine path, also show a Download link. Click a name to open the prop’s detail page.
The Thumbnail density button (▦) sets the number of cards per row, from 2 to 10. Auto sizes cards by window width. When cards get small they show only the thumbnail; hover one to see a larger preview with the name, type and pack. The density is remembered per browser.
Select and act on many props
Section titled “Select and act on many props”Check the box on a card to select it, and Shift+click another box to select everything between. Select all in the toolbar selects every card loaded so far. You can select up to 1,000 props; the bar says Selection limit reached when you hit it.
The bar at the bottom of the page shows how many props are selected and offers:

Your selection stays in place while you move between pages, so you can select in several searches before acting.
Click Manage tags… at the top right of the Cloud Library to open Manage tags. Create a tag with a name and a color, rename or recolor an existing tag, or delete it. Deleting asks Delete this tag everywhere? and removes the tag from every prop.
To tag a single prop, use the Tags card on its detail page.
The Packs page records where content came from, such as a marketplace pack. Pushes and check-ins reference a pack for provenance, and the Packs filter in the Cloud Library uses it.
To add a pack, fill in New pack name and Source type, and optionally Source path, Engine (for example 5.8.0), Product URL and Notes, then click Create pack. The table lists each pack with its source, path, engine, product link, notes, number of assets and date added. Click Edit to change a pack; a blank field clears that value.
Admins also see Delete, which asks to confirm and deletes the pack together with its props. Prophouse refuses when props in the pack are still in use and tells you to deprecate them instead.
