Web library overview
The web library is your workspace’s library in a browser. Use it to browse and search props, look at 3D previews, organize collections, queue pulls into Unreal projects, review and comment, and administer the workspace, from any computer, without installing anything.
Open the library
Section titled “Open the library”-
Sign in at app.prophouse.dev.

Click Open library on your dashboard.
Your library lives at your workspace’s own address, https://<slug>.prophouse.dev, where <workspace> is your workspace’s slug. Bookmark it. It uses your dashboard sign-in, so there’s no separate password.
If the library has been idle for a while, it may show a short loading screen while it wakes up, then continue on its own.
If your dashboard session ends while you’re working, a Session expired dialog appears over the page and keeps your unsaved work. Click Open the dashboard, sign in there, then come back and click Continue.
To sign out, click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Sign out. This signs you out of the dashboard too.
The sidebar
Section titled “The sidebar”The Cloud section holds the pages you’ll use most:

| Activity | Everything that happens in the workspace, newest first. Bulk pushes and pulls are grouped into single items. |
| Pull Jobs | Pull requests and their reports. See Pull jobs. |
Admins also see Admin under System. See Admin pages.
At the top of the sidebar, Search or run a command (or Ctrl+K) opens the command palette. See Keyboard shortcuts and command palette. The menu under your name at the bottom switches between the light and dark theme.
In a narrow browser window the sidebar becomes a drawer; open it with the menu button in the corner.
What only the desktop app does
Section titled “What only the desktop app does”The web library and the desktop app share every Cloud page. These pages exist only in the desktop app, because they work with files on your computer:
- Local Library, Transfers, Checkouts, Conflicts and Local Projects (under This Machine)
- Enrichment and Drop Folders (under Workflows)
- Settings
Other differences:
- Download in the browser saves the file to your browser’s Downloads folder. The desktop app saves to a folder you choose and offers Show in folder.
- The desktop app keeps a local copy of the library you can search offline, runs uploads and downloads in the background, and shows Windows notifications.
